What are we doing to help?

 

As more and more information has become available, Western Beef has been altering our operations to adhere to governmental standards and assure the safety of our team members and our customers.

 

• Plastic barriers at the checkouts

• 6 foot markers at the checkouts

• Providing masks and gloves for all employees

• SENIOR CITIZEN ONLY hours available

• Closing earlier to allow more time to restock and sanitize

• Store announcements every 15 minutes in English and Spanish reminding everyone of good social distancing practices

• Signs and reminders posted all over the stores encouraging 6 ft social distancing

• Store population is metered at 25% of capacity via security and store management

• No mask...No entry!

 

Where did the circulars go?

 

A web version and in store circular will soon be available starting 5/20 (Florida) and 5/21 (NY).  Thank you everyone for your patience as we learn to navigate under the new circumstances.

Shouldn't I stay home (Do you deliver)?

 

#STAYATHOME and #FLATTENTHECURVE are trending and in your face constantly because that's what you should be doing.  But we understand that the grocery store is an integral part of everyone's world.  While the government has deemed us essential, we will continue to be available and provide an in-store service that you are accustomed to.  If coming into the store is not an option, we do ask that you use our online shopping partner INSTACART at delivery.westernbeef.com.

 

What are the store hours now?

 

In order to provide the safest experience for all our customers and team members, the following are the new store hours for all locations.

 

Sunday : 7 am to 9 pm

Monday : 7 am to 9 pm

Tuesday : 6 am to 7:30 am (FOR SENIOR CITIZENS ONLY!)

Tuesday: 7:30 am to 9 pm

Wednesday : 7 am to 9 pm

Thursday : 7 am to 9 pm

Friday : 7 am to 9 pm

Saturday : 7 am to 9 pm
