The unique feature of a Western Beef meat department is the walk-in refrigerated cooler.  It is an experience like no other.  Customers can stroll through isles of the largest selections of bulk meats, fresh cut meats and provisions; a customer can always be assured to find their favorite cuts.  A customer can select a bulk item and have it custom cut by our experienced butcher at no additional charge. Our meat warehouse sells over 200 million pounds of product annually.  This volume guarantees freshness and allows Western Beef to purchase meat products at the lowest cost, and pass these savings to our valued customers. 

In our meat departments, “ We know the Neighborhood”  and offer all our customers favorites from here or back home, such as, filet mignon, porterhouse steaks, pork chops, pork shoulders, whole chickens, chicken parts, lamb chops, leg of lamb,beef tripe, oxtails, liver, beef tongue, calf hearts, goat meat, mutton, pig feet, pig ears, plus many more not found in a traditional supermarket.
